Rocketlink's approach to addressing inquiries in their Facebook group leaves a lot to be desired. I had a straightforward question regarding how they were managing GDPR back in 2018, and they assured me they would respond. Surprise, surprise: they never did.

Then they went ahead and altered the rules of the same customer community group, making it clear that questions like mine were no longer welcome.

Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if I had known to direct my question to their specific URL instead. But come on, don’t label the group as a community with a slogan like 'let's get better together' if you’re not willing to engage meaningfully. It’s puzzling to me, especially as a customer and a business owner, that they can respond but fail to provide a decent answer to a pretty standard inquiry.

I’m calling out this kind of treatment towards loyal customers.
